-Absorb the sun light


Absorb the sun light first thing in a morning. Sun light puts autonomic nerves into good condition. It also has effects of purification and activation of spirit. Both body and mind are straightened, and can have positive mind. Take several deep breaths toward the sun every morning and imagine taking in the energy of the sun into your body. If the sun is not out, close your eyes and imagine the sun.

 

-Take a deep breath


Parasympathetic nervous becomes predominant by taking a deep breath, but it is also an easy way of meditation. 10 minutes a day is good enough, do it in a car when you are frustrated with traffic jam or in a toilet at your work during break time. Concentrate on your breathing and you can feel you are “here”, and you will be able to accept new situation without resistance.

 

-Praise yourself


Did you do something for others? Making a cup of coffee for your family, said hallo and smiled to a colleague you don’t get along with, cleaned your house, or anything is OK. The key is to say universal things in present tense and events in perfect tense. For example, “I am beautiful” or “I recovered from my illness”. It is effective to repeat. Also the effect is said to increase by “visualization”, to have a detailed image of when your wish came true.

Recall good things happened in a day, when you are in bed at night. Any small thing is OK, try to find as many as possible. For example, “breakfast was delicious”, “could change trains smoothly”, or “met a person you love”. And at the end, thank to those things. When this becomes a habit, you can realize how many happiness and miracles you have overlooked.
