-Take a nap


Modern people are busy. Everyone look tired. So here, I recommend short sleep, especially sleeping 15 to 20 minutes during a day is appropriate. It is a short time, but your mind will be refreshed and you can make progress on your work. It seems difficult to take a nap at office or at school, but close your eyes for a while during lunch time. Don’t close eyes tight, but lightly. By doing so, you can feel refreshed without actually sleeping. I am recovering my body and mind everyday by this method. If you have time to take a nap, please sleep. It has an outstanding effect. Please try.

 

-Look into a mirror, praise yourself


Do you praise yourself?

Many of you might not give compliment to a self. However, we can’t improve without compliments. Your mind and body will be damaged from being depressed, if no one praises you at school or at work. This is same for yourself. If you just work and exhausted, you will be dull and just feel the increase of fatigue. You may feel ashamed to praise yourself, but this is very important. Please look into a mirror and tell “you must be tired” “thank you for working hard”. This is simple but very effective. You will feel happy.

 

-Have a small goal


It is wonderful to have a big goal, but difficult to achieve. It will gradually become a stress. So instead, have a small goal you can accomplish easily. For example, use stairs instead of using an elevator, or go to bed an hour earlier. Start doing easy things from today. If you can achieve, you can be confident. As you get confident, you will become brighter and beautiful person. When your mind is fulfilled, your body becomes the same. So what are your goals?

 

-Love who you are now


You have many ideals of how you want to be, but it is not easy. Things you can’t do nor can’t change tend to become stresses. Some people lose confidence. This is a sad thing. Why do you look for something different from you? Let’s begin from accepting who you are now. You are wonderful, even if you are not perfect. Don’t hesitate to accept your allurement. You will see yourself brighter.

 

-Accept failures


We are likely to allow the feeling of failure to linger, then feel bad and make a mistake again. It is a negative chain. I can understand if you just made a mistake, but we sometimes recall a mistake of some years ago and feel depressed. You might wonder “why do I remember such old thing now?” but it is because you have not accepted that mistake. If you wait for time to pass without accepting, you will recall it someday again. To avoid it, how about accepting failures? Everybody make mistakes. What you do after it is more important than a failure itself. Therefore, stop lingering your failures. Accept with easy mind. You will feel comfortable.

 

-Drink something warm before going to bed


Have a cup of warm drink before going to bed. You can relax. Especially, warm milk is recommended. If you can’t go to sleep easily, please try it. You can sleep well. Your body becomes warm and it is good for your health. When I drink warm drinks, I tell myself “thank you for working today”. There are good things and bad things, but accept both with mind and body, together with warm drinks. You will be refreshed by next day and can spend wonderful day. What is your recommendation?
