If so, set easy goals to accomplish. They can be anything, but should be something you can do for sure.

For example, how about greeting people in a morning? It can be your family or colleagues, so easy to do. You may be are already doing, but set it as a goal again and do it. You can feel a sense of satisfaction by achieving a goal. It is important to achieve, no matter how small a goal is. Continue this everyday. Set a new goal and achieve. -Refresh mind and think back to bad thing again


When we face bad thing, we think about it forever or try to forget about it. It is not good to linger a failure, but it’s also not good to force to forget. You think you forgot but the thing is not resolved. You’ll recall it sometime again in a future. Don’t you sometimes remember bad memories of the past? You feel inexpressible emotion every time you recall your memories.

To avoid it, think back to bad thing. Why did it happen, what did you think and do, if you made a mistake what was it, or how you could prevent it. On the other hand, people who are often looked by others at work become more and more beautiful because they are conscious of eyes of others. They are thinking about how people look at them and how they want to be looked. Therefore, look into a mirror everyday and smile. Just by practicing smile, you can feel charm from you and attracted to you. When you enjoy looking at a mirror, that’s when you love yourself.

 

-Spend time with attractive people


What kind of people do you think are attractive? If such people are around you, spend some time with them. By being with attractive people and sharing same atmosphere, your mind thinks you are also attractive. Our heart and consciousness are connected, so what you feel change your conscious. You will feel you are attractive as well. Also, if you are not attractive as you think, why attractive people would spend time with you?
