This is also very important. You have quarreled with your loving boyfriend, for instance. What you want the most is to make up with him, but you don’t want apologize. If he apologizes, you can accept it. So, you would make an affirmation “he will apologize me from the bottom of his heart”.

Unfortunately, this is not effective, because this affirmation doesn’t include your action. You need to write in the first-person (=you), like following.
“I can be up-front and face with him, and have a talk.” In this way, your subconscious starts to react and can lead you to the ideal action.

 

7. Make a profession of affirmation in the morning and the night

After making your affirmation words, tell it to yourself over and over. In the morning after you wake up and in the night before you go to bed, keep making a profession until you feel comfortable with it. Especially, an affirmation before you go to bed is effective.

Our brain is organized while we are sleeping, and necessary and unnecessary memories are sorted. So if you tell your brain the strong words of affirmation before it starts organizing, they will become important for your brain and subconscious.
